Quicktrak Views
Quicktrak can display your consultant's data in one of four
views. To change the Quicktrak View, select your view from the
"View" menu. Weekly View When Quicktrak is opened, the view will
default to Weekly. In weekly view, each line in Quicktrak represents
1 weekly summary. Information can only be entered when you are in
weekly view. You can change the week displayed with the "Week
Ending" drop down date box. The dates that are listed in the "Week
Ending" drop down date box are based from you "Week Ending" field on
the "System" tab in "Settings.
Monthly View
Displays totals for all weekly summaries entered for the month.
You can change the month displayed with the "Month Ending" drop down
date box. Month View is a View Only display.
Quarterly View
Displays totals for all weekly summaries entered for the quarter.
You can change the quarter displayed with the "Quarter Ending" drop
down date box. Quarter View is a View Only display. Yearly View
Totals all summaries for the year. You can change the year displayed
with the "Year Ending" drop down box.
Yearly View
Year view is a View Only display. Entering Consultant Weekly
Summary Info When entering values for reorders, skin care classes
and facials, Quicktrak opens a sub window so that you can enter
multiple entries. The sub window can be opened by double clicking in
the field or by pressing the enter key twice. The sub window will
automatically open if you attempt to input a value directly into any
one these fields.
Entering Weekly Information
Before entering information, you must have the "Weekly View" of
your team's summaries displayed. Select the "Week Ending" date to
reflect the date of the summaries you wish to enter. Double click in
the consultant's "Phone" (reorders) field to open the sub window. .
If you are going to enter sales individually, you can make multiple
entries into the sub window. see below. Information not entered into
the sub window is entered moving from field to field with the tab
key or clicking with the mouse. All information entered directly
into the Quicktrak window is weekly information. (Basics = Number of
Basics sold for the Week) Entering Individual Reorders, Classes,
Facials Individual sales are entered into the sales detail window.
(displayed in Quicktrak view above) To enter individual sales,
double click in the sales field to open the detail window and enter
the individual sales using the "Add" button in the detail window to
add additional rows. You can add as many rows as you need. When you
have added all of the Reorders, Classes or Facials for the
consultant, click "OK" to close the detail window. The detail window
saves your entries and displays the total in the consultant's field.
The detail window can also be opened by pressing the enter key twice
with the sales field active, which allows you to enter everything
without needing the mouse.
Quicktrak Sorting
The Quicktrak window can be sorted by any column in either
descending or ascending order. To change the Sort, make your column
selection from the "Sort By" drop down box. You can change the
descending, ascending order by clicking and the descending/ascending
toggle button. Select The "Select" menu allows you to Select a
Column and display only that column, hiding the rest. The selected
column is displayed along with the consultant # and name. Select
"Restore" from the select menu to restore the hidden columns.
Copy to Clipboard
You can arrange Quicktrak with a particular Sort and Select and
then click and drag to select the records that you want to copy.
With the area selected, select "Copy to Clipboard" from the "File"
menu. The selected area will be clipped to the Window clipboard.
