Summaries |
Creating Summaries For Yourself
Weekly summaries are generated from your
Sales and calendar information. Before entering the sales, be sure
that the “Automatically Create Weekly Summaries” option is checked
on the “Invoice” tab in “Settings”. If this setting was not set
before entering sales, you can still create a summary but it will
only include sales information. Click New to Create a New Weekly
Summary. The system will ask “Is this summary for yourself?”. Answer
“Yes” to create a user summary and open the “Week Ending” window.
The “Week Ending” window displays who the
summary is for along with a week ending drop down date list. The
dates displayed in the week ending drop down list are generated
based on your “Week Ending” field on the “System” tab in “Settings”.
Select the week that you wish to create a summary for and click OK to generate
and display the summary. |
The system utilizes your “User Info” from the “Settings”
window to complete the summary. Reorders are listed separately for
each day. Facials are listed with the Hostess’ name and phone. Skin
Care Classes are totaled and listed with the Hostess’ name and
phone. |
Creating Weekly Summaries for Other Consultants |

With the Director’s Assistant,
consultant summaries should be entered using the Quicktrak window.
Weekly Summaries can be created and exported for other consultants.
To create a weekly summary for a consultant, locate the consultant’s
contact record. With your consultant displayed, click on “New” in the
Weekly Summaries window. When the system asks if this summary is
for yourself, answer “No” to create a summary for the current contact. The system
will automatically transfer contact information (name, address, consultant #…) into the new summary. Sales information
is manually added to the summary adding rows to the weekly summary as necessary. To
add a row, select “Insert Row” from the weekly summary’s “Edit” menu. The
system will track year to date for consultants the same way that it
does for your summaries, year to date is based from prior
summaries. |
Editing Weekly Summaries |

Information in existing fields can
be edited directly by clicking in the field to highlight
the text and typing in the replacement text. You can add
or delete lines in the summary by selecting a line by clicking
in any field within the line and selecting “Insert Row” or
“Delete Row” from the Weekly Summary’s “Edit” menu. The 3 “Total”
lines at the bottom of each summary can not be
edited. Weekly Recap Click on the “Recap” button to open the Weekly Recap window.
Enter values into the fields in white. The rest of
the fields in the weekly recap window are automatically created from the
summary details. Click “OK” to save changes.
Click on “Submitted Orders” to open the
Submitted Orders window. For Orders Submitted to the Company, the
system will scan any posted orders during the week. If it finds any,
the totals will be displayed here. You can also add your own values.
Click OK to save any changes.
Click on the “Estimated Profit” button to
open the “Estimated Profit” window. Your profits are displayed
calculated with the formula utilized on the company summary. Click
OK to close the window
