weekly accomplishment sheets

The system will automatically generate a weekly summary for yourself from sales and calendar information. Weekly summaries can also be created for other consultants. Summaries are saved to your database and may be printed or exported to a file that can then be loaded into any Director’s Assistant program. Weekly Accomplishment Sheets can also be exported as text or HTML files . HTML files can be inserted or attached to email. There is an option in the Settings window under the Invoice tab which causes the weekly accomplishment sheet to list reorders and preferred customer sales individually. The default will add up both reorders and preferred customer sales and make an entry for each day of the week for each.

To open the Weekly Summaries window, click on the weekly summary icon on the main toolbar or select “Weekly Summary” from the “View” menu. The Weekly Summaries window displays existing summaries as well as the various weekly summary commands. NOTE: “IMPORT” IS A DIRECTOR’S ASSISTANT FEATURE.If your have already created summaries and they are not being displayed, click “Options”, select “User Summaries” and click “Close”.

View

 To view an existing weekly summary, click on the summary in the weekly summaries window to highlight it and click “View” to open the selected summary. You can have multiple summaries open at the same time but summaries must be opened one at a time.

New

Create a new weekly summary for yourself or for the current contact. .

Delete

To delete a summary, click on the summary to highlight it and click “Delete”. You can highlight multiple summaries before clicking delete to delete multiple summaries at the same time. Hold the shift key to highlight multiple entries that are next to each other or the Ctrl key for entries that are not. The system will confirm before removing the summaries. Note: The year to date figures for weekly summaries are calculated based from prior summaries. Deleting summaries in the current year will affect the year to date for later summaries.

Import

This is a Director’s Assistant Feature. For directors that have consultants who also have either system, weekly summaries can be imported directly from disk which will save you the time of entering the information in Quicktrak. Imported summaries can be viewed and printed as usual. Imported summaries also appear in Quicktrak and various team reports. To import a summary, Click the import button to open the File open window. Insert the disk into your disk drive and select the drive. (a or b) With the drive selected, click on the displayed summary file and click Import to transfer the file into your system. When importing weekly summaries the system will search for the user by the consultant’s Consultant Number. If the system does not find a match, a window of your consultants will open where you can select the consultant from the list.

Options

The options window is used to change which summaries are displayed in the weekly summaries window. Click on the “Options” button to view the various display options. The window can be set to display User Summaries, Consultant Summaries for the Current Contact, All or None. Make your selection and click “OK” to return to the “Weekly Summaries” window.

Cancel

The “Cancel” button will close the weekly summaries window.
