User Information Settings
Information entered into the User Info
window is used by the system when printing invoices, orders and
various reports. Your name and consultant # should already be
entered from the installation. Proceed to add or update the
remaining information. The tab key will take you from field to
field.
Your “Day Phone” will appear on invoices
along with your name, title and address while both phones are
printed on orders . Inside City Limits refers to the field on the
company order form, if you check that box on the order form, check
it here by clicking on the small box to the left. Your e-mail
address can be printed on Custom Invoices along with name, title,
day/night phone and address. The remaining fields are used in orders
and weekly accomplishment sheets. NOTE: Please contact technical
support if you should need to change your
name.
Palm Pilot
Interface
If you have a palm pilot, you’ll need to install the
Dawin Palm Extension to utilize the “Activate Palm Pilot Sync” feature.
Do not check this box unless you’re utilizing the
palm Extension . See the installation instructions to install the
Dawin Palm Extension
