Inventory Reports

6 different Inventory Reports, Value-Detail, Value-Summary, Physical Inventory, Low Inventory, Overstocked Inventory and Wholesale Order.

Value-Detail Report Lists all stocked products, by product category, found in your inventory. This report also lists the Retail Price, Average Wholesale Price (the average price you have paid for this item), Stock (quantity in your inventory), Sold This Year (quantity sold this year) and Sold Last Year. At the end of each category the report displays subtotals for that category of Total Retail Price and Total Average Wholesale. Grand totals for your entire inventory appear at the end.

Value-Summary Report Lists the various product categories with totals for Retail Price, Average Wholesale price (the average price you have paid),Total Wholesale This Year (total of category sold this year at wholesale), and Total Wholesale Last Year (Total of category sold last year at wholesale). There are also a Grand Totals for both Retail and Average Wholesale.

Physical Inventory Report This report is used to take an actual physical count of your inventory. It lists all products in your inventory with quantity on order, quantity in stock and a physical inventory field where you can write in your quantity on hand. Lists all products which the computer calculates to be under stocked. These calculations are based off of past sales history utilizing the forecasting software. (see also Settings)

Below Par This report lists only product which has an inventory level below the product’s Par level. The report format is the same as the format used for the value detail report.

Product on Order This report generates a list of all products currently on order. The report also displays the quantity on order and the list price of each product as well as the average wholesale.

On Loan Report Lists contacts who have product on loan displaying the contact’s name, address, phone and balance on loan. The report also totals all product on loan. Product loans are tracked at the retail value of the product.

Product Returns Lists all product currently in the Product Return Pool. See Invoice

Product Sold Report listing products sold within a selected date range. Report lists products sorted by product part number with a single entry for each product sold. Lists total number of each product sold, the retail value and the price the product was actually sold for.
