To open an expense report first select
Expenses from the reports menu and then select the type of expense
report you wish to view.
Detailed Expenses After selecting detailed
expenses from the report menu a date range selection box will appear
requesting either a date range or “Entire History” (which will
display all expenses on record). The detailed expense report
displays your expenses item by item with the date, description,
mileage and amount, grouped by category with totals for each
category displayed at the bottom.
Summary Expenses After selecting summary
expenses from the report menu a date range selection box will appear
requesting either a date range or “Entire History” (which will
display all expenses on record). The Summary Expense report displays
each expense category with both category and mileage totals.
Profit and Loss Create a profit and loss
statement for any period of time. P & L includes sales,
additional income, expenses and mileage.
Mileage Log Create a mileage log including
entries for any period of time.
User Summaries Create both detail and summary
reports for your weekly summaries. Reports are created for any
period of time.
User Progress/Goals The user progress report is
a comprehensive progress report which is generated from your weekly
accomplishment information. The report displays various charts and
graphs covering various aspects of your weekly accomplishment sheet.
You can enter goals which are then incorporated into the progress
report. The progress report can be generated for any length of time
over 2 months. It is recommended that you create this report for as
long of period of time as is possible as the real benefit of this
report is to view your progress over time.
Consultant Summaries With the Director’s
Assistant you can view team production reports in a detailed or
summarized format. Reports can be created for any number of Contact
Selections. (See Contacts)
Team Progress/Goals The Team Progress report is
the same progress report which is used for your progress report
above only it includes information for an entire unit. The system
also stores goals separately for the team progress report.
