contact reports
There are many different contact reports
which can be generated depending upon what’s needed. Reports can be
generated for Call Backs, Birthday’s Anniversaries, On Account,
Family/Friends, Direct Support, as well as various Contact Reports
(Customer List, Lead List, Consultants, etc.).
Call Back Report This report is used to list all
contacts with call backs scheduled within a specified date range.
After selecting Call Back report a date range selection box appears.
After entering in a range the report will list all contacts with
scheduled call backs as well as their address and phone numbers.
Birthdays/Anniversaries After selecting the
Birthdays/Anniversaries report a date range selection box appears.
After entering in a range the report will list all contacts with a
Birthday, Spouses Birthday or Anniversary with in your specified
date range. The report lists the event’s date and type, your
contact’s spouses name as well as your contact’s address and phone
numbers.
On Account This report is used to generate a
list of customers with balances due on account. The report lists the
customer’s name, address and phone numbers as well as the Balance on
Account.
Customer Detail The Customer Detail report is
used to generate a detailed report on a specified customer. The
report lists the customer’s general information as well as past
purchases grouped by invoice.
Family/Friends This report lists all contacts
who have the friends/relative box checked on there contact window.
The report lists name address and phone numbers.
Preferred Customer/Direct Support
Selecting the direct support report generates four
different direct support lists, Current Direct Support, Direct
Support Additions, Direct Support Deletions and Direct Support
Changes. When you add or delete a customer to direct support or make
changes to a customer’s record who is on direct support the
Director’s Assistant keeps track of the changes and will display
them in one of the Direct Support reports. After alerting the
company to your direct support changes Select Update Direct Support
from the file menu. This will reset the direct support tracker so
that only new changes will be displayed next time you select the
Direct Support Report.
Complete List is the entire list of customers
currently on direct support.
List of Additions is a list of customers who
where added since the last time you Updated Direct Support.
List of Deletions is a list of customers who
where deleted since the last time you Updated Direct Support.
List of Changes is a list of customers who’s
record has been edited since the last time you Updated Direct
Support. (Name or Address change etc.)
Direct Mail The Direct Mail report lists all
contacts within selected direct mail categories. Selecting the
Direct Mail report will open a box with a list of direct mail
categories. Click on the categories you choose to include in your
report and click OK to confirm. The report lists contact’s name,
address, and phone numbers.
Consultant Reports The 2 consultant reports
generate a report of your consultant’s sales. The summary lists only
the sales information used by the QuickTrak tracking system, list
consultants in order by total sales and displays winners for the
various categories. The consultant detail displays more information
from the consultant’s weekly summary in addition to the sales
information displayed in the detail.
Various Contact Reports
Contact reports can be generated for any contact type,
(Consultant, Team Leader, Lead ect...). Selecting contact report
from the reports menu will open a selection box with the different
contact types. After choosing a contact type click OK to confirm.
The report lists contact’s name, address and phone numbers.
