Reports
Reports can be viewed and printed for Sales,
Inventory, Contacts and Accounting and Consultant or User Weekly
Summaries. Reports are accessed from the Reports Menu at the top of
the screen and from the Contact Lister or with the Director’s
Assistant from Custom Reports
Report Viewer No matter where the report is
created from, they are displayed with the report viewer.
The icons that are used in the report viewer are:
Close Closes the report viewer.
Locate - Used to display different pages of
reports that are more than one page. From left to right the icons
are; first page, previous page, next page, last page
Print , Labels - The first icon will print the
report that is currently displayed. The labels icon will open the
Labels window to print labels for the contacts listed in the
report.
Zoom Options - You can change the amount of the
page displayed by selecting on the various zoom options.
Accessing Reports
Reports are opened by selecting the Reports
menu at the top of the contact screen. The 6 major divisions of
reports each have various reports within them which are accessed by
first selecting the report division and then selecting a report
within that division. Depending upon the report you select, a selection box may
appear requesting additional information on the record selection for
the selected report (Date ranges, ect...). Once a report has been
selected, it will generate to the screen and be displayed in the
report window
