Invoice Bundles

Bundles are a convenient way for you to save time when entering multiple products into an invoice. There are two types of bundles available, Standard and Priced.

Standard Bundles - are used to create a group of products which you frequently sell. There is no special pricing attached to a standard bundle, the prices for the individual products appear on the invoice as usual. This is useful for putting together a group of products which are frequently sold together. i.e.) Satin hands, basic skin care etc.

Priced Bundles - are used when putting together gift baskets or special collections. You can bundle a group of products together and put an overall price on them. The individual prices for each item within the bundle do not appear on the printed invoice.

Creating Bundles

Bundles are created in any invoice. (It doesn’t’ matter whose contact record you have up, because we will not be processing the transaction.)

Enter the products into the invoice that are to be included in the bundle.

Once you have entered all the products that are to be included, select them by clicking in the number field in the far left column of the invoice and dragging the cursor to highlight all of the products included.

With all of the bundled products highlighted, click on the Bundles button and select Save.

A Create Bundle window will appear in the middle of your screen.

Name the bundle by clicking in the name field and typing.

Determine if the bundle is to be Priced or Standard. If it is a priced bundle, you will need to enter the price you wish to charge for this bundle. If it is a standard bundle you do not need to include a price.

Confirm your choices by clicking OK. Cancel will return you to the invoice
