contact window types

Standard Contact Window

This window is generally used for family friends and leads or keeping phone numbers and notes on various companies or businesses. Dates to Remember is expanded to display all 10 dates. The Notes and Directions fields are also visible.

Standard 2 Window

The second standard window replaces most of the screen with a large notes field.

Customer Window

The customer window displays customer past purchases as well as sales this/last year, balance on account and discount percentage. The cosmetic profile is also displayed along with Important Dates and contact dates.

Customer 2 Window

The second customer window also displays customer purchases and sales information but replaces the cosmetic profile window with notes.

Consultant Window

The consultant window displays a director and recruiter field along with unit and consultant numbers. The past purchases area is also replaced by Past History area which displays the consultant’s weekly accomplishment data.
