Scheduling Callbacks
With this feature you can schedule your
follow up calls with your customers, giving you the edge on SUPREME
customer service. We all know what call backs are, and how important
they are to our business. When adding a customer or preparing a
re-order, you will probably want to select the next time you need to
contact this customer. You can do so by clicking on the “Call Back”
box or type Alt +
C.
| The system will display the Reschedule Call Back window
that lists various options of how long from now you would like
to call the contact back. You can also select the “Enter Date”
option to enter a specific date. Options are selected by
clicking or selecting the keyboard equivalent. When you make a
selection the date to be scheduled will appear in the date
box. After making your selection, click OK to confirm |

. Callbacks are displayed in the Calendar, Contact Lister and in
Reports. Callbacks can be prioritized into 3 groups “Urgent”,
“Important” and “We’ll See”. Call backs are displayed in the Contact
Lister prioritized. The Reschedule window will open with a default
setting for each contact using the option last selected. If a
customer want’s to be called back monthly, the system will display
the Reschedule window with the default of one month.
