Team Charts
Team Charts and Graphs is a Director’s Assistant Feature
Only! To open Team Charts and Graphs, Click on the Charts
and Graphs icon. Answer “Yes” when the system asks to Enter Team
Charts and Graphs.
The Team Charts and Graphs window let’s you
create a customized chart or graph by toggling back and forth
between your chart or graph and the settings that create it. You
make changes as you go along.
Creating Team Charts or Graphs
Contact Selection - The first thing to do is set
your Contact Selection to the Team you want to create the graphs
for. When you make your selection, the system will “crunch” for a
while compiling the available data. When the computer has stopped
thinking about your contact selection and your mouse pointer has
changed from an hour glass back to an arrow, click on “Create” to
view the default chart.
After viewing the graph, click “Create” to return to the “Create”
window.
Graph Title - The Graph Title can be changed by
replacing the text. If you remove the text the graph will be
displayed without any title area.
Bottom Title - The Bottom Title can be changed
by replacing the text. If you remove the text the graph will be
displayed without text under the graph.
Contact Selection: Before you can generate
anything you need to select a contact selection. the system will
take a while when you make this selection as it retrieves data.

Time Span: Charts can be
created for various lengths of time which are selected here. The
Graph will be displayed with data grouped “Monthly”, Quarterly” or
“Yearly”. Make changes by selecting “Monthly”, “Quarterly” or
“Yearly”.
Color If you do not touch color the computer
will display data with it’s own selections. (mufti-colored for 1
tiered chart). You can change the color of a data selection with the
color selection box. Note: Once you have changed the color you need
to reload the charts and graphs window to get it to do the mulit
colored 1 tier chart.
Data Selection Choose what weekly summary data
you would like to display.
Data Text You can add legends (data titles) for
data types by entering text for each data selection used. Legends
are identified with corresponding data colors.
Multiple data Charts can be created to display
up to 4 different data selection in a single chart. You can create
charts and graphs with your teams facial sales, class sales,
reorders all on the same chart.
Font Selections There are several font choices
for styles , sizes etc... These Font choices apply to the text that
is displayed along with the graph. The Application option allows you
to apply your font choices to some or all of the various text which
is displayed with the graph.
Goals or Chart Ceilings The Set Ceiling Check
Box is used to set a goal or “ceiling” for the graph. If you do not
set the ceiling the graph will be displayed based from the data
range. (various charts and graphs do not have the save scale or
reference points)
Gridlines There are several gridline options
which will display them or not. Gridlines can be up and down
(vertical), back and forth (horizontal) or both (little squares).
Style Changing the Style Selection will pop up
an additional window with various style options which will vary
depending on your initial style selection. There are many style
options which don’t make sense for this type of data. I’ll remove
them when we decide on what to leave in. For now “It’s better than
solitary”
