Benifits with contact mangement
Using a computer to keep track of your
contact information has many benefits. When your information is
organized, you can access what you’re after quickly and easily.
Utilizing various features like Preferred Customer, Calendar, Contact Lister, Mail, Contact Queues, the Calendar’s appointment features or
in the Director’s Assistant - the multitude of possibilities in
Contact Selection, you can create groups of contacts for everything
from targeted promotions to Christmas cards or helping out with the
Scouts. It’s a good idea to understand the features that are
available before you add all of your contacts. That way, any
additional tracking information will be entered when contacts are
added and you will not have to go through your entire database
editing contacts to take advantage of these features. Another import
aspect of tracking contacts is utilizing the birthday/anniversary
reminder features. Birthdays and anniversaries can be excellent
sales opportunities. Call the husband about a week or so before your
customer’s birthday and make a gift suggestion or call your customer
to wish her a happy
birthday.
