Schedule
appointments with easy drag and drop. Track call backs, classes, facials
and personal appointments. Schedule reoccurring appointments. Print out daily, weekly and monthly planners.
Calendar can be resized and positioned anywhere on your desktop.
With
the monthly view of the calendar, you can view your entire schedule at
a glance. Drag an drop appointments for quick and easy scheduling. Double
click on a specific day to view that day's appointments.
The
day view of the calendar displays your day in detail. View appointment
notes, reschedule or cancel appointments directly from this window. Double
click on a contact's appointment and the system will locate the contact
and display their information in the contact window.
The
day view of your calendar displays the day's appointments with your callbacks
separated and arranged by priority. Call backs can be scheduled from the
month view, day view or directly from the contact window.
Reminders
Set up your reminders so
the system reminds you what and when you want. Various appointments can popup on different schedules. (callbacks can come up on the
day of the calls while birthdays come up 3 weeks in advance) Locate contacts by clicking on the contact's appointment. Reminder notes
carry over from original appointment.
Various appointments are displayed with different
icons. Items appear in blue when they are current or red when they're overdue..
