Our new system is right around the corner...

We're pleased to announce that the new Director's Assistant will be available later this spring!! This is not an update or modification, but a completely new evironment to help run your business. Over 4 years of work have resulted in a very unique and capable system. While many of the features that you've been using for years will be somewhat familiar, there are many more that have been expanded and enhanced, so there will be plenty new to explore. Here are a few specifics. More will be coming soon.

Design - Designed for Windows XP. The new system is graphically rich, with a new clean look.
Contact Management - The contact window has been completely redesigned, now displaying even more information. The window displays different types of information for individual contacts. (including pictures, documents, emails, user-defined fields and profiles).
Accounting - Track multiple accounts, even multiple ledgers. (If you're tracking more than 1 business) Fully integrated, feature rich accounting package.
Email - Email has been fully integrated into the system. Mail merge for large mailings.
Calendar - Select calendar views from 1 day to a year. Reminders, reoccurring appointments, drag drop scheduling,group scheduling.
Sales/Inventory - Invoices, Orders, Statements, Reports, all customizable. Track sales/inventory for 1 or muliple businesses.
Internet - Many new web features and tools to help you integrate to the MK website.
Specifics - Specifics and screen shots will be coming as we approach the release. The new system will be offered as an optional update for existing customers. Pricing information coming soon.
